India /
In the northeast of India there are seven states which were not open to tourists (even those from India) until 1995. These states, known as the North-East Frontier Agency, are the least-known states of India. In fact, little was known of this area during the 20th century. It is bordered by Burma, Tibet, and Bhutan. |

Ladakh
Ladakh, frequently called "little Tibet", is the far northern state of India in the Himalayas, bordered by Tibet and Pakistan. It is a fascinating land of Buddhist monasteries, towering mountains, magical festivals and beautiful, hospitable people. |

Mongolia
Mongolia is a country of big skies, big horizons, fast horses and gracious people. The Mongolians' unique, nomadic lifestyle and culture make this land a photographer's paradise. |

Wildlife
My wildlife images of African animals come from my trips to Kenya, Tanzania and South Africa. The tigers were photographed in Ranthambore Park in India. I went to Churchill, Manitoba, to see the polar bears and the Great White sharks were photographed in South Africa. |

Provence
The color purple describes the Provence region of southern France in the summertime. Lovely, rolling fields of blooming lavender patchwork the countryside around beautiful, ancient towns. The southern coastal area of Camargue is known for its wild, white horses, flocks of flamingoes, and dancers of flamenco. |

Western
The cowboy and his horse_the ultimate symbols of the American West. The beauty and romance embodied in the freedom of the cowboy life have captured the imaginations of us all through our movies, art, and literature. I traveled to Wyoming to try to capture through my images the spirit of the "Old West" which lives on in the new west of today. I hope you enjoy my gallery of Western Icons as much as I enjoyed photographing them. |
